A 'visitor' from Wolfwood Refuge was in Durango last week, promoting the Wolfwood third annual art auction tonight at the Powerhouse Science Center. The art auction is one of the major fundraisers of the year for the refuge, which houses wolves and wolf-cross breeds after people decide they don't make very good pets. Tickets are $25 and are available at the door. (In real life, this wolf is Ryan Lange of Bayfield!) He visited Maria's Bookshop and Pine River Valley Bank, two of the sponsors of tonight's event.
