We are the Native American Youth Organization of Ignacio High School. Our club mission is to enrich our lives by learning about the cultures within us and to spread our knowledge to our families, peers, and younger generations. We take advantage of learning and participating in all Southern Ute cultural events that take place in our community. We spread the things we love throughout our school; including drumming, singing, beading and regalia making. Our traditions and ways are known, seen and respected at Ignacio High School and that is something we are proud of. We are writing to you in hopes that you can spare a donation of any amount.

We take one big group trip per school year and this year our members voted on fundraising to attend the Denver Powwow March 24-26. We will be leaving on March 24 and spending the majority of our time experiencing the powwow. There are other activities planned but can only take place if we raise the money needed.

Your contribution will be greatly appreciated and allows us to create memories we will remember for a lifetime.
