I guess if Ms. McWilliams is going to emphasize the MAJORITY every week of the popular vote for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, I should probably point out a couple MAJORITIES that she has failed to mention.

Donald Trump won 30 of 50 states, which is a solid MAJORITY. He also won 2,623 counties, while Clinton won 489. Not only a MAJORITY, but a complete landslide.

The GOP still holds the MAJORITY in the Senate, 52-48, as well as in the House, 241-194. Again, a solid MAJORITY. The GOP also controls 68 percent of the partisan state legislative chambers in the nation. Big MAJORITY.

Republicans control 31 of 50 state governorships. Another MAJORITY.

It appears the only MAJORITY that Mrs. Clinton won was the dependent class in our heavily populated counties. The depth of the defeat is quite amazing. To Ms. McWilliams and all the "journalists" who run similar opinion columns, I say: "Keep up the good work!"
