Mark Redwine not taking polygraph test

Mark Redwine declined twice to take a polygraph test. The first time, after the show was taped, he said he was agitated from when his son yelled at him on the show. The next day, he met with the polygrapher and said he had about three hours of sleep the night before and drank half a bottle of Jack Daniels.
The polygraph expert said he has never had a parent in a missing child case who would not take a polygraph test.
At the end of the show, Dr. Phil said to Elaine: I have to say we have no proof...no evidence... that he has been involved in the death, disappearance, harming of your son. He says he admires Cory and Elaine for continuing to search for Dylan.
