 Ladycats hit the road for Pueblo

To rousing cheers from their schoolmates, the Ignacio Bobcat girls got on the bus this afternoon to head to CSU Pueblo and the Great 8. The Cats play Akron tomorrow at 10:15 a.m. in the first round of the 2A girls basketball tournament.
After stopping at Ignacio Elementary and Intermediate schools, a Los Pinos firetruck escorted the girls' bus out of town toward Arboles, then the team headed east to Pueblo.
