IHS to offer sports physicals

Any player will tell you, riding the bench while on the “disabled” list produces a helpless feeling.

So having a clean bill of health before even dressing for battle is key to avoiding such inclusions.

That being said, Ignacio High School will be offering sports physicals on Aug. 10 for junior high and high school athletes looking to be cleared for action in the upcoming 2007-08 seasons.
The exams are $25 each and will be held in the IHS Cafeteria from 8:15 a.m. until noon, and all interested can obtain more information by calling Chris deKay at 563-4315.

So stay in the game by taking this first preemptive strike against injury!
